They are also the participants from the Liberia Media Communication Capacity Training Program in China this year. 　　早在2025年8月2日，湖南星辰在线新媒体有限公司党委书记、董事长、总经理姜国应邀以“超级制片人”为主题，为利比里亚媒体传播能力研修班学员们带来了AI技术分享课，介绍了星辰在线在人工智能技术的新媒体应用场景，激发了利比里亚媒体人对AI技术的浓厚兴趣。在8月9日的实地交流中，Moses B. Cole和Godfred Badu Quansah亲身体验了星辰在线在媒体融合、数字化传播以及人工智能应用等方面的全流程生产过程。

About a week ago, Jiang Guo, Party Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Changsha Online, was invited to deliver an AI technology speech themed "Super Producer" for the training program. He introduced the application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology applied to Changsha Online, sparking a strong interest in AI technology among the Liberian media professionals. During the on-site visit on August 9, Moses and Godfred personally experienced the entire production process of Changsha Online concerning media integration, digital communication, and artificial intelligence applications.

　　“这项技术太神奇了！”，“AI为我换上了汉服！”在AI体验环节，Moses B. Cole和Godfred Badu Quansah在技术人员的引导下拍摄照片，通过AI算法实现快速换装——即时生成身着汉服的逼真影像。看到屏幕上自己“穿越”千年的模样，Moses B. Cole和Godfred Badu Quansah连连惊叹，他们兴奋地表示：“AI技术让我们触摸到了中国悠久的历史和服饰文化之美，跨越了时间、语言和地域的限制，让人觉得不可思议。”兴奋之下，Godfred Badu Quansah为远在利比里亚的妻儿照片也换上了汉服。他兴奋地告诉记者，要把汉服全家福照片带回利比里亚，向妻子和孩子展示中国的先进技术。

During the AI experience, Moses and Godfred took photos under the guidance of technical personnel and achieved rapid costume changes through AI algorithms—instantly generating realistic images of themselves in Hanfu. Seeing their own images "traveling" through a thousand years on the screen, Moses and Godfred were continuously amazed. They excitedly stated, "AI technology allows us to touch the beauty of China's long history and costume culture, with no limitations of time, language, and geography. It's incredible." In excitement, Godfred Badu Quansah also produced the Hanfu costumes for the photos of their family in Liberia. He excitedly told reporters that he would bring the Hanfu family photos back to Liberia to show the advanced technology.

　　世界“媒体艺术之都”长沙给两位远道而来的客人留下了深刻印象。“这些天，我们参观了长沙许多著名景点，深刻感受到了这座城市科技进步的魅力。”访谈交流中，Moses B. Cole和Godfred Badu Quansah对长沙赞不绝口，对星辰在线在新媒体领域内的创新应用钦佩不已。再了解到星辰在线与非洲其他国家的媒体进行了密切的媒体合作之后，两人兴奋表示，希望各自的媒体，也能与星辰在线建立密切的合作，在内容传播、技术合作、人文交流、活动策划方面，进行更为深入的合作。

"These days, we have visited many famous scenic spots in Changsha and deeply felt the charm of technological progress in this city." During the interview and exchange, Moses and Godfred spoke highly of Changsha and expressed their admiration for Changsha Online's innovative applications in the new media. After learning about Changsha Online's close media cooperation with media outlets in other African countries, the two excitedly expressed their hope that their media organizations could also establish close cooperation, conducting more in-depth collaborations in content communication, technical cooperation, cultural exchanges, and event planning.

　　作为中非合作的重要组成部分，利比里亚媒体传播能力研修班旨在通过学术讲座、实地考察和文化交流活动，提升媒体从业人员的专业技能，进一步加深中国、利比里亚以及其他非洲国家的对话，切实落实中非合作“十大伙伴行动”,中非经贸论坛达成的《中非维护全球南方团结合作的长沙宣言》等系列成果。

As an important part of China-Africa cooperation, the Liberia Media Communication Capacity Training Program aims to enhance the professional skills of media practitioners through academic lectures, on-site inspections, and cultural exchange activities, further deepening dialogue between China, Liberia, and other African countries, and effectively implementing the "Ten Major Partnership Actions" for China-Africa cooperation and a series of achievements such as the "Changsha Declaration on China-Africa Safeguarding Global South Solidarity and Cooperation" reached at the China-Africa Economic and Trade Forum.

　　2025年6月12日，利比里亚副总统康格到达长沙出席了第四届中国—非洲经贸博览会。秉持“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”的理念，星辰在线持续加大与非洲媒体的合作，通过技术交流与人才培养，助力非洲国家在数字经济领域开展了一系列合作项目。

On June 12, 2025, Liberian Vice President Kangar arrived in Changsha to attend the Fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo.
