　　星辰在线8月14日讯（星辰全媒体记者 岳珊 彭穗 张寅宇 实习生 魏海睿）8月14日，在湖南长沙举行的利比里亚媒体传播能力研修班结业仪式上，湖南星辰在线新媒体有限公司(以下简称星辰在线)与18家利比里亚媒体签署战略合作协议。此次合作旨在依托双方媒体资源优势，深化中非在新闻传播、文化交流、内容创作等领域的合作，为两地受众搭建起信息更为畅通的友谊之桥。

On August 14th , at the graduation ceremony of the Seminar on Media Communication Capacity for Liberia held in Changsha, Hunan Province, Changsha Online signed strategic cooperation agreements with 18 Liberian media outlets. This cooperation aims to share the media resource advantages of both sides to deepen cooperation between China and Africa in areas including news communication, cultural exchange, and content creation, and to build a closer friendship that facilitates information exchange for both sides.

It is known that the one-site Liberian media outlets are the 18 most influential ones in the country, including the Liberia Broadcasting System, FrontPage Africa, Daily Observer Newspaper, Women Voices Newspaper, etc.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Changsha Online will become the Chinese news publicity and reporting partner of these Liberian media outlets. The both sides will support each other by sharing their resources, and achieve a win-win development. The cooperation will focus on providing strategic supports on major news planning and reporting activities. In addition, Changsha Online and these Liberian media outlets will start relevant columns for free on their respective platforms, aiming to jointly publicize the good stories of China-Africa friendship and cooperation.

Webster Clayeh, a senior Executive Mansion reporter working for FrontPage Africa in Liberia, is full of expectations for this cooperation. “The advanced experience of Changsha Online in the digital field will greatly assist us in technological upgrade and content innovation. “This cooperation has not only provided us with an opportunity to show ourselves, but also created a platform for telling good stories in China and Africa. Media from both sides is pivotal in the Sino-African friendship and cooperation.
