8月9日，利比里亚媒体传播能力研修班学员——利比里亚EYE TV首席执行官兼创始人Moses B. Cole和Reports231传媒网络公司总经理、编辑、高级记者Godfred Badu Quansah来到湖南星辰在线新媒体有限公司交流，就新媒体内容生产、AI技术应用等话题，通过实地参观与座谈交流，近距离感受长沙世界“媒体艺术之都”新媒体行业的创新活力与独特魅力。
On August 9, Moses B. Cole, CEO and Founder of EYE TV in Liberia, and Godfred Badu Quansah, General Manager, Editor, and Senior Reporter of Reports231 Media Network, visited Changsha Online. They are also the participants from the Seminar on Media Communication Capacity for Liberia in China this year. Through on-site visits and discussions, they gained an up-close experience of the innovative vitality and unique charm of the new media industry in the UNESCO City of Media Arts.

Liu Jia: "What you think the AI technology will bring to media industry in our two countries?"
利比里亚EYE TV首席执行官兼创始人 Moses B.Cole：“人工智能，我不想说这是世界的未来，因为我们已经生活其中，它在我们的日常生活中起着非常关键的作用，从我们的新闻报道、短视频制作等方方面面。我们可以用好人工智能，用不同AI技术讲好我们的故事，特别是在文旅领域，我们可以使用人工智能，做好我们国家的形象宣传。我们可以创作短篇故事，我们可以把这些非常清晰的照片进行AI处理，或许在遥远国度的人，也会希望来到我们的国家走走看看，就因为看到这些美景图片。所以人工智能就是当下，这就是我们发展的方向，我们真的非常需要它，它在我们的工作中也起着非常关键的作用。”
Moses B.Cole: "Artificial intelligence,I don't want to say it's the future of the world because we are already living in it,So it plays a very pivotal role in everything we do in our daily lives,ranging from our news collection, our short videos productions,and just everything.So we can use the artificial intelligence,the different AI courses to help tell our stories.especially in the area of tourism,So we can sell our country's image in a positive way,just by the use of artificial intelligence.So we can create those short stories,we can take those very clear pictures and project it out there,and you can never tell someone who be in a very far distant land,and just decide to visit my country or your country,because of these beautiful sceneries.So artificial intelligence is the presence,and it is where we need to go,we really need it a whole lot,it plays a very pivotal role in the work we do."
Reports231传媒网络公司总经理、编辑、高级记者Godfred Badu Quansah：“所以人工智能就是未来，而我们已经生活在未来，幸运的是，中国走在了前面，利比里亚的大多数媒体行业还在苦苦求索。在中国，AI已经成为日常新闻报道工作的一部分，在利比里亚，我们的工作方式和内容还是比较天然的。所以如果中国和利比里亚可以合作，例如我们合建一所AI学校，或是中国在利比里亚的媒体从业人员中进行AI专业培训，那将是非常棒的。我想合作对于我们两国都十分重要，特别是在技术领域。”
Godfred Badu Quansah:"So AI is the future and we are living in the future,China is fortunately to be ahead,and in Liberia we are still struggling in media industry.here you have AI even as part of your news reporting daily,in Liberia we have the natural content. So if China and Liberia can collaborate,especially where we have a special school for AI,or have some of our Colleagues back home coming to China to learn,specialized in AI,it's will be good and it's very important for the two countries especially in terms of technology."
