8月9日，利比里亚媒体传播能力研修班学员——利比里亚EYE TV首席执行官兼创始人Moses B. Cole和Reports231传媒网络公司总经理、编辑、高级记者Godfred Badu Quansah来到湖南星辰在线新媒体有限公司交流，就新媒体内容生产、AI技术应用等话题，通过实地参观与座谈交流，近距离感受长沙世界“媒体艺术之都”新媒体行业的创新活力与独特魅力。
On August 9, Moses B. Cole, CEO and Founder of EYE TV in Liberia, and Godfred Badu Quansah, General Manager, Editor, and Senior Reporter of Reports231 Media Network, visited Changsha Online. They are also the participants from the Seminar on Media Communication Capacity for Liberia in China this year. Through on-site visits and discussions, they gained an up-close experience of the innovative vitality and unique charm of the new media industry in the UNESCO City of Media Arts.
星辰全媒体记者刘佳：“你认为两国媒体未来的合作前景在哪个领域？”
Liu Jia: "In future on which field you think the media of the two countries can cooperate?"
利比里亚EYE TV 首席执行官兼创始人 Moses B.Cole：“我们可以在培养人才方面进行合作，培训更多的人，教育更多的人。例如中利可以合开一所人工智能学校，还有就是在设备方面，因为我刚提到的，利比里亚媒体在设备方面很短缺，即便能找到供应价格也是十分昂贵，我们基本没有办法负担。在你们国家，你们可以自主生产设备，因为我们所需的设备在中国非常常见价格也不离谱，我在中国也有请教过一些同行，他们告诉我，在中国你甚至可以租赁设备，用完再还回去，设备租赁目前在我们国家还没有，即便是租到了设备，租金也会超级昂贵。因此，我觉得，未来中利比里亚两国媒体可以在设备、教育、培训等方面开展合作。”
Moses B.Cole: "We can collaborate to capacity building,that is training more people,educating more people.We can open an AI school,you can also have equipment because like what I said,we are challenged with equipment,and even if you get the equipment we find it very expensive,and even difficult to reach us.We have the production in your country,so it's very common for you to get it and use it,and I talked to a few people and they told me,sometimes you can rent some of them pay for it and give it back,you hardly see that in our country,even if you rent an equipment it would be super expensive.So the collaboration can come between the equipments,education, training and other opportunities."
Reports231传媒网络公司总经理、编辑、高级记者Godfred Badu Quansah：“在人力资源发展、能力建设、基础设备等方面开展合作。在利比里亚，设备对于我们来说是个很大的问题，来中国之前我们还在市场上，寻找设备，就不久之前，就像你们直播厅的这个灯就是我正在寻找的，所有这些设备能对我们的工作起到很大的帮助。人们会更倾向于与你合作，以这种方式，我们双方都能获得发展，我们也期待着合作。我们可以为中国的机构做出贡献，就像你们也一直在帮助我们一样，打个比方，如果我在我的国家进行推广，他在我的国家以外的地方进行推广，那么我们在一起合作的宣传范围和效果变得更大，这是很有优势的。所以不同的媒体机构，如果与我们合作，我们的页面刊登你们的新闻报道，这也是给了我们资源优势，你知道的，在争取更多工作及社会认可方面。在利比里亚，许多人会认为，你与中国的媒体进行了合作，那我们也愿意与你们合作，那我们的工作效果和平台影响力就会得到进一步增强。”
Godfred Badu Quansah:"In terms of manpower development,capacity building and even equipment.Because back home we are challenged when it comes to getting quality equipment,When we were just in the market before coming,we went and we were scouting out equipment when I enter not too long.I'm like this is the light I've been looking for,and so all of these pieces of equipment help to enhance the work we do.People turn to yeah want to do business with you more,and in that way we benefit both of us,and we also look forward to a partnership.where we can be able to contribute to your institution,and likewise you contributing to our own institution,because what it does is, for instance if I school in my country,and he school outside of our country,so when we both apply to a larger extent,he stands on advantage.So with the different media institutions,if you have partnership with us,and your contents are on our pages,it gives us the leverage,you know in terms of getting more work to do or more recognition.Maybe people in Liberia will say, since you have this corporation or this collaboration with this media institution from China,we can do business with you,so that we can further enhance the work you do."
